When I was 5 years old, my mom always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down “happy.” They told me I didn’t understand the assignment and I told them they didn’t understand life.”

a sexy beauty secret worth sharing.
who says you have to spend $ on scrubs and lotions to look and feel AMAZING!? DO IT THE NATURAL WAY! not only will you be sparing your skin the harsh chemicals contained in most of the products on the shelf but u’ll be sparing your pocket book the pain of a $12+ purchase.
so here’s my sexy secret! go to the kitchen and get busy.
Tanzanian Beauty Secret
* mix cinnamon powder (cinnamon in both grated and essential oil forms is beneficial to the skin because it brings blood and nutrients to the skins surface)
* coarse brown sugar (sugar in the raw works amazingly esp for exfoliating! And b/c its natural it does not contain chemical preservatives that may irritate your skin.)
* sunflower oil (chances are you don’t have this ingredient, neither did i! but almost any essential oil will work. try almond, coconut, or jojoba. i did a mixture of coconut and jojoba)
*don’t forget its all about experimentation… if you want more exfoliation use an ample amount of coarse brown sugar… for more moisture be generous with your oils. try not to add too much water as this will dilute the moisturizing effects of the mix. lastly remember to avoid sensitive areas and DON’T USE THIS ON YOUR FACE! this is beauty for your body. pat dry and voila!
& its great for guys too!
when its all said and done your skin will be smooth, soft, and you’ll smell good enough to eat :) have fun!

Life isn’t about keeping score. It’s not about how many people call you and it’s not about who you’ve dated, are dating, or haven’t dated at all. It isn’t about who you’ve kissed, what sport you play, or which guy or girl likes you. It’s not about your shoes or your hair or the color of your skin or where you live or go to school. In fact, it’s not about grades, money, clothes, or colleges that accept you or not. Life isn’t about if you have lots of friends, or if you are alone, and it’s not about how accepted or unaccepted you are. Life just isn’t about that. But life is about who you love and who you hurt. It’s about how you feel about yourself. It’s about trust, happiness, and compassion. Life is about avoiding jealousy, overcoming ignorance, and building confidence. It’s about what you say and what you mean. It’s about seeing people for who they are and not what they have. Most of all, it is about choosing to use your life to touch someone else’s in a way that could never have been achieved otherwise. These choices are what life’s about.”
